For desert activities like quad biking and camel rides, the ride takes place in the Sahara outside the archaeological zone — so Pyramids and Sphinx entrance tickets are not included. Combined options with full entry are available on some tours.

Most activities are family-friendly, but some have minimum ages. For quad biking, children under 5 are not suitable and under-15s ride as a double passenger with an adult. If you are travelling with young children, we will recommend the best options.

Wear comfortable, light clothing and sturdy shoes. Sun protection, a hat and sunglasses are recommended. For walking tours that visit mosques, modest clothing covering shoulders and knees is required. Dinner cruises are smart-casual.

Yes. For food tours and dinner cruises, just let us know your dietary needs when booking — vegetarian, gluten-free and halal options are available with advance notice and our kitchens are largely halal certified.
