• Most day tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the activity may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity and no-shows are generally non-refundable.
• Multi-day tours, travel packages, and special activities may have different payment and cancellation conditions.
• Any non-refundable costs or special conditions will always be clearly explained before payment.
• In case of weather, safety, or operational changes, we will do our best to reschedule your activity, offer a suitable alternative, or provide a refund for any unused service where applicable.
