Stop 1 :

Saqqara

Visit the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the first monumental stone pyramid in ancient Egypt; explore the Djoser funerary complex and learn about the famous architect Imhotep; visit the Pyramid of Unas and its ancient Pyramid Texts; explore selected tombs; and visit the Imhotep Museum (subject to opening hours).

Stop 2 :

Memphis Open-Air Museum

Visit the ancient capital of Egypt, Memphis, see the colossal statue of Ramesses II, the famous alabaster Sphinx, and learn about Memphis as the political and religious center of ancient Egypt.

Stop 3 :

Dahshur
